Relaxing rituals

Day and night, effort and relaxation, our lives follow a constant rhythm. Relaxation is very important. But how do you become relaxed? This can be done, for example, through a massage, a lovely bath, pleasant scents.

Tao or Dao

Tao or Dao falls under the Relaxing rituals. It is an ancient Chinese philosophy of life, which revolves around the balance between Yin and Yang. Taoism assumes an all-encompassing whole, everything that is present Tao. You will find Yin and Yang in everything, they are two cosmic energies that represent various elements, they complement each other. To stay healthy it is important to find a good balance. A Yin deficiency could lead to nervousness, not being completely present (absent). Too much Yang could lead to a temper and hyperactivity.
