Exercise is very important to stay fit and healthy and has a positive effect on a healthy weight. To lose weight through exercise, you need to be active for at least 45 to 60 minutes a day. This does not have to be done in one go, but you can also spread it out over the day. This does not have to be a sport, but walking, cycling, active cleaning, etc. are also part of this. By exercising you accelerate your metabolism and this has a positive effect on your weight. Moreover, you feel fitter.

Never have anything tasty again?
