The Germanic medicine of Ryke Geerd Hamer

Since 1981, a new type of medicine has existed: the Germanic medicine of Ryke Geerd Hamer. It states that diseases are not diseases but “biologically meaningful programs” that are initiated after a biological or psychological conflict and serve the purpose of healing. The real problem is the conflict that starts it all. That is where the healing must be sought. Germanic medicine claims that cancer can be cured without medicine. This far-reaching psychologization of diseases is rejected by almost all doctors as a life-threatening ideology that leaves critically ill people without adequate treatment. The rejection of the doctrine is interpreted by Hamer himself as a form of pure exercise of power by a Jewish-dominated group of big capitalists.

Ryke Hamer discovers a new medicine

Since 1981, a new type of medicine has existed: the Germanic new medicine. Its discoverer was the doctor Ryke Geerd Hamer, a German born in Düsseldorf in 1935. According to him , conventional medicine, invariably called Schulmedizin , consists at best of a few thousand hypotheses that are based on nothing and have already cost thousands of lives. Hamer claims that the Schulmedizin kills 98% of all people with cancer. According to him, Germanic medicine, on the other hand, is free of hypotheses and based on generally applicable biological laws. It makes healing possible, including cancer, without the use of medicines. Cancer, Hamer argues, is a physical reaction to a psychological shock. Cure the shock and the cancer goes away.

The clash with mainstream medicine and the media

It is obvious that such views lead to a clash with conventional medicine. Based on the belief that Hamer’s Germanic medicine is a danger to public health and can endanger the lives of cancer patients, lawsuits have been filed from this corner. The judge ruled in favor of the prosecutors. Hamer was forbidden to continue practicing his medical profession. Nevertheless, he continued to advise patients. In his case, the German justice department saw no relevant distinction between advice and treatment and even had him imprisoned.

Hamer has made it to the media several times with his views and provoked fierce debates, especially when it concerned children with cancer. The most commotion arose around the case of the Austrian Olivia Pilhar, which occurred in 1995. Olivia’s parents had turned to Hamer on the advice of a fellow member of the Fiat Lux movement to which they belonged. According to Hamer, the solution was for the mother to stop working and stay with the child; her absence was the shock that had caused the cancer in this case. However, regular doctors feared the consequences of untreated cancer and demanded regular treatment to protect the child. They argued their case before the judge. This was a reason for the Pilhar family to flee to Spain. They had complete confidence in Hamer and did not want to hand their child over to conventional medicine. The national commotion that followed is easy to imagine. Ultimately, it was possible to subject the child to regular treatment. As a result, she recovered (albeit with some serious and lasting side effects). Olivia’s parents have always supported Hamer and to this day believe that Germanic medicine is the true medicine. Helmut Pilhar, the father, also earns his money from this nowadays.

Hamer has now retired to Norway. From there he often travels to other countries to give speeches to a growing number of followers, especially in Bavaria, Germany. Many representatives of the Schulmedizin, a large number of journalists and an increasing number of ex-patients prefer to call it a sect.

The power of big business and the Jews

According to Hamer, there is only one reason why the Schulmedizin does not embrace Germanic medicine. It is completely dominated by big capitalists for whom diseases are merely opportunities to sell medicines. According to him, a large part of this major capital is in the hands of the Jews. Something that, according to him, also explains why, as he states, so many oncologists are Jews. They treat non-Jews with such unsuccessful and expensive means as radiation and chemotherapy. Jewish patients, on the other hand, are treated along the lines of Germanic medicine and therefore recover much more often. According to Hamer.

Resistance to Germanic medicine certainly does not only come from outside. There is a steadily growing documentation available of people who have died from their illness despite the use of Germanic medicine. One of the victims is Hamer’s wife herself. She succumbed to the effects of breast cancer. In Hamer’s opinion, his wife was not sufficiently convinced of the principles of Germanic medicine. Other deaths are explained by Hamer as the malice of the ruling powers, and therefore that of many Jews. They would even implant chips loaded with poison into people’s bodies and inject them via a form of satellite control just as Hamer was busy healing them.

The explanations that Hamer gives about why his patients still die and why there is so much resistance to his ideas, which are considered by many to be quite exotic, have the usual effect. On the one hand there is a growing skepticism and even great aversion to Germanic medicine, on the other hand there is certainly a steadily strengthening conviction among its followers. It should be noted that not all supporters support leader Hamer’s view that the Jews are to blame. On the other hand, Germanic medicine is certainly doing well in those ultra-right circles where anti-Semitism is not far to seek.

The principles of Germanic medicine

The core principle of Germanic medicine is that what is called a disease in the Schulmedizin is a natural response of the body to a psychological or biological shock experience. Animals in the wild, Hamer states, never actually get sick, with some exceptions. The fact that people do become ill is because the psychological element plays such a predominant role in them. The body responds to what happens in the head. The body’s response consists, broadly speaking, of increasing or decreasing the concentration of certain substances or of creating or destroying certain cells. These processes usually happen outside of our consciousness and are aimed at recovery. What the Schulmedizin calls a disease is, according to Germanic medicine, actually healing.

The physical reaction follows five biological laws. According to Hamer, they make it possible to scientifically test good therapies for all physical or mental diseases and conditions. The point is that these laws make it possible to find the causes – that is, the shock – and cure them through the path of the psyche. Hamer believes that about 80 percent of all diseases can be completely cured without the use of medicines and operations, and therefore without permanent damage.

The first law

In fact, the first biological law has already been stated. It states that every disease is caused by a shock (called biological conflict). The disease manifests itself because the body and brain respond with an emergency program, also called a “Biologically Meaningful Program”. It can make thinking compulsive and an organ can change its functioning to make the conflict visible and even resolve it. It is striking that Hamer states that the content of the conflict has been localized somewhere in the brain. CAT scans of a person’s brain with dark spots after a shock experience were often cited as evidence for this. The fact that experts pointed out that those CAT scans were not technically perfect and always showed dark spots was no reason for Hamer to change his views.

The second law

The second law concerns the course of the body’s response (including the brain) to shock. Immediately after the stress, the body automatically switches to a stress situation (also called the cold phase). Only when the conflict (shock) is resolved can the second phase begin. This is the phase that the Schulmedizin calls the disease, but which, according to Hamer and his colleagues, should be called healing. It is therefore the second phase that is most visible and on which conventional medicine focuses its weapons. There is a good chance that it will not so much fight the disease as hinder the healing.

The third law

The third law concerns the increase of cells in the body. There is an initial cell increase controlled by a specific part of the brain (the old brain). This could be a tumor. In the second phase, additional cells are also added, but these serve to remove the tumor. So the second phase of cell growth is healing. Not surprisingly, many regular doctors see this view as a great danger. While Hamer allows cell growth to continue because it is said to be curative, ordinary doctors want to stop it in order to combat the disease as early as possible.

The Fourth Law

Hamer’s fourth law is also quite special. Fungi, bacteria and viruses (the existence of which some Germanic physicians deny) are said to only work in the healing phase. They are, as it were, the body’s resources and not an independent cause of a disease. Hamer does not hesitate to deny the existence of AIDS. The AIDS virus, if it exists, only serves the healing of the body. It is not a disease, it is the path to healing.

The fifth law

The fifth and final law essentially summarizes everything that has gone before. Every disease is part of a Meaningful Biological Program developed during evolution. Every disease is a program with one goal: healing the body. Such programs are initiated after a shock. That’s how evolution works. The field of medicine is only part of (this form of) biology.

Critical final word

Hamer states that his Germanic medicine is free of hypotheses and based on biological laws. It is extremely difficult to understand what exactly he means by that. Any philosopher will say that every law in the natural sciences is a hypothesis and Hamer’s laws can be no exception. Hamer, after all, claims not to make use of supernatural revelations and wants to make Germanic medicine part of the natural sciences. His laws are statements – and therefore hypotheses – that should not be accepted but investigated. At least, if there is reason to do so.

And there is actually no reason. Just consider the idea that it takes a conflict or shock to start a disease (or a Meaningful Biological Program). At a time when tens of thousands of people have died from Ebola, an indisputable and proven consequence of a virus and not of a mass conflict or psychosis, it is downright shameful to demand that doctors there should first look for that conflict. . The very idea that there is a certain kind of biological or psychological conflict among certain groups of Africans and not among other groups is so absurd that it cannot be described in words, except that it will irrevocably cost lives. The other laws of Germanic medicine are equally far removed from the findings of modern biology and medicine. Where, for example, is the evidence that a growing tumor is healing itself? And the proof that flu bacteria only appear after a psychological shock and herald healing? Given the exceptional positions, the burden of proof lies entirely with the followers of Germanic medicine. That evidence is not provided. Not even by conventional medicine, where the general feeling is that the energy (and money) required for this could be better spent.

But the most evil thing about Germanic medicine, and the most instructive thing about this whole movement, is the utter absurdity of the explanations for their non-acceptance. The fact that big business has a major influence on the medical world, unfortunately, seems to be a fact, but the fact that there is a conspiracy in which satellites are used to poison people mainly indicates that the search for hard evidence has made way for heated fantasies. Pointing the finger at Jews is tasteless at best.

The ideology of Germanic medicine has created a “Biologically Distasteful Program” for its own defense.
