You should not eat some products during certain parts of the day, for example you should not eat cheese in the evening. Furthermore, you should not fry in oil, butter or fat. You can cook it on a baking sheet or grill it.

Self-discipline

To follow this diet successfully, you must fully commit to it. You really have to make the switch and be convinced that it will work.
