The advantages

The bloating will disappear after a week and you will soon feel better. You will then lose too many kilos.

The cons

When following the diet you will not consume much sugar. Because you are used to the sugars, which are found in almost everything these days, you may get a headache due to the sugar shortage. This is a kind of withdrawal phenomenon.

Try to choose one day on which you prepare all the meals for the week, which you can then freeze again. Resisting temptations during visits and birthdays will also be difficult. Cakes and snacks are not so easy to resist. Not everyone is suitable for following the detox diet. Pregnant women, people with diabetes or low blood pressure, cancer patients or women who have to breastfeed should not start the diet.
